I teach people how to build strength, increase flexibility, and melt away stress through the healing power of Aqua Yoga.
As a long-time yoga teacher and lifelong student, I’m passionate about making yoga accessible to a wide range of body types and abilities. That’s one of the many reasons I love Aqua Yoga.
This practice is especially meaningful to me because it supported me through a time of intense back pain. Experiencing firsthand how transformative Aqua Yoga can be has deepened my commitment to sharing it with others.
