Course Format:
Starting three weeks before the scheduled live Zoom meetings, multiple video lectures, a workbook, and Master Classes will be released gradually. This allows students time to engage with the material before the live sessions.
On September 20 and 21, there will be 8 hours of live lecture and Q&A held on Zoom.
Students will need access to a pool in the weeks leading up to the live sessions in order to practice. However, being in a pool during the live Zoom classes is not required. Live classes led by Katherine Winge C-IAYT
