By the end of this training, you will be able to:
- Clearly articulate what Aqua Yoga is and how it differs from aqua fitness and land-based yoga
- Understand how buoyancy, resistance, and water pressure influence movement and breath
- Translate yoga principles and postures into safe, functional water-based practices
- Design well-structured Aqua Yoga classes (30–50 minutes)
- Use inclusive, trauma-aware, and autonomy-supportive teaching language

This course is led by Katherine Winge, IAYT-certified yoga therapist and senior Aqua Yoga teacher trainer, with over 20 years of yoga practice and extensive experience teaching yoga in water and on land.
